Propaganda is a great tool to use in your nation. You can get undying loyalty from different forms of it. Its great to use to get your citizens to not speak out, not to protest, to get them to believe everything you say, to get them to see everything from your view, or just to work harder. Some people don't realize its effects though. Nations that use propaganda are less likely to be Democratic. They're more likely to have one ruler or a representative government. Also, your people aren't going to normally be free thinkers. They're going to want to believe what the government says is true and not doubt them.
