Five years after the colony was formed, Sanctuary Island is starting to rumble with trouble. A small group of Separationists have gone public with their views. There is now somebody supplying them with weapons. After a public shooting of a Biggie Land inspection crew, Biggie Land is getting annoyed.

"Yes, and we explained to Biggie Land that it wasn't our fault. They understand and are debating on how to handle the situation. The main issue is that this group is a younger age organization. Its made up mostly of people who were 14 or 15 when they arrived, and are now adults. They feel they deserve liberation. Its also split almost 50:50 between Landers and Juzians."
