With 75% of the building done, Biggie Land contractors and Corporations were getting excited. They couldn't wait to get into the new area and begin building new industries, businesses, and tourist attractions.

The city was done and the homes had been constructed. People were begining to pour in. The city was already at its estimated citizen count at year 1, when it was only 1 month old. This amazing concept was leading to a urge to continue construction.
