A Networker works with Routers, and Hardware. Indeed if it weren't for networkers, We would not be talking right now! For the Internet is a GIANT network of networks.

(Both Networking, and Programming are two different forms of Hacking. BOTH are white hat, of course. Networking deals in working on computers from afar, and working on routers, whereas Programming deals in the computer YOU are working on, making programs and such.)
